Traditionally associated with Divine Power, Crystal Healing is a gentle and non-invasive therapy that treats the whole person, rather than individual symptoms. The Aztecs and Mayan civilizations called crystals the “brain cells of the earth” and aboriginal people called them “the great spirit”.
A crystal healing treatment can be a deeply powerful experience, and like sound and energy healing, every session can be different, as you will be met, where you are in the present moment. Smudging, is a traditional cleansing practice that purifies the space and the individual, removing negative energies and inviting positivity. Wand work further focuses and directs energy to specific areas, facilitating deeper healing and release. I also use essential oils and sprays, providing no allergies are present.
